Crozet Eye Care is excited to provide you with a better check-in experience for your exam. Our new, secure electronic forms will allow you to fill out “paperwork” in the comfort of your own home at your convenience. Once you make an appointment, we will email or text you the online forms. You complete them, and submit them electronically back to us before your appointment. If you have any issues filling out the forms, please contact our office right away, as they need to be done before showing up to the office. It is so easy! No login. No passwords. Curbside Pickup
For your convenience, Curbside Pickup. Everybody’s doing it, so why not us? Dr. Katsev explains it in this video. No need to come in the office to pick up contact lenses, glasses*, MacuHealth vitamins, Alaway allergy drops, and Cliradex lids wipes. Just parallel park next to our building on the Radford Lane side. There will be a sign. Call the office (434-823-4441), and a team member will bring your items to your car. *Glasses adjustments will not be performed through curbside pickup. You must schedule an appointment instead.
