Insurance Plans
Medical services include Medicare, Anthem (BC/BS) PPO and Healthkeepers, Southern Health (Coventry), Cigna, United Health Care, Sentara Health.
Vision service includes Vision Service Plan (VSP).
For all other plans we happily submit claims on your behalf. However, payment is expected the day of the service. We accept cash, check, CareCredit, and credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express).
