Updated Appointment Policy

Cancellation of appointments:
In order to be respectful of the medical needs of other patients, please be courteous and call Crozet Eye Care promptly if you are unable to keep your appointment. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance, and calling early in the day is appreciated. This helps us better serve all of our patients.
 
 Missed appointments:
We make every effort to remind you of upcoming appointments. In the event of multiple missed appointments, untimely cancellations or missing a confirmed appointment, a fee of $50.00 will be billed to your account.
